Call to Order:
The Board of Public Works and Safety met in regular session on Monday Febuary 1st, 2010 in the Council Chambers of Bedford City Hall. All members were present and the Honorable Mayor Shawna M. Girgis called the meeting to order.
New Business
1. Discuss/Review Proposal For Engineering Plans Associated With Repaving Mitchell Road –Asphalt Milling And Resurfacing - Potential Funds From The “Jobs Bill For Main Street Act Of 2010” With INDOT
The engineering must be done by the city in order to compete for the stimulus money. The span of State Highway 37 South runs from 18th street to Sandpit Road.
· Byron Buker made the motion to approve the proposal and Tony Ravenna seconded the motion. All members voted in favor of the motion. Passed

Tony Ravenna motioned to adjourn and Byron Buker seconded the motion. All members were in favor. Meeting Adjourned
