The City of Bedford would like to incorporate the help of it`s citizens in preventing illegal dumping and illicit discharges into our storm drainage systems. Illicit discharges are genreally any discharge that is not composed of clean, pollutant-free water that goes into our storm drains, streams, or river. Contact us by phone, E-mail or letter. Provide us with a description, location, and date and time of the discharge.
